Are Items Returnable? Items are exchangeable for alternative sizes within 10 days of receipt so long as they are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Goods returned damaged or used will not be refunded. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post as we cannot be held responsible for losses on the postal system. (Please make sure you have measured your dog as we charge P&P for returned items to be dispatched again).
If you are unhappy with the size/style, we
can offer you a full value exchange. Please note that postage costs are
not refundable. Please also note that toys and seasonal items are
not returnable. We strongly recommend that all toys, and
particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only
under supervision.
